I am not from the area but went in to see what they had for trucks. I had met John G. a sales Consultant and Spencer G. who is a Sales Manager and boy am I glad I stopped in! My wife and I needed a new alternator while visiting from Ohio on our honeymoon. We reached out to 6-7 other shops and nobody was willing to help us out. We came to Quirk Ford in desperation and James Lafountain, the service manager was able to have one of his guys start on it right away and have it done in under 2 hours. Very grateful for him and his crew for being so helpful.
Top Marks for service. I had four new tires put on. Got truck back, had a vibration, brought back, they adjusted, still a vibration. At this point, it’s easy for some to get all worked up. And if they didn’t take care of me, I was at my limit of patience. Quirk ordered four new tires because two of mine were “bad” and got me four good tires. Truck runs smooth. Spencer Grinnell, Jr. was a great help in our two recent vehicle purchases. He was always willing to help, and was very accessible. We really enjoyed our experience with him. Never thought I'd give 5 stars to a car dealership, but here I am. My car buying experience was better than you'd get at most places. No pressure, I came and went a few times in a day without a million questions to keep me from leaving. I was able to talk figures by EMAIL. Maybe others do this often but it's not my usual experience. My husband and I ended up at the dealership for less than a half hour before we picked up our car. I worked with Spencer Jr. he was extremely helpful, wanted to work with me and answered all of my questions & concerns while I waited for my Maverick. And after I received it, he walked me around the vehicle sharing details of the truck. Then he also helped me to obtain a truck bed liner- what a nice guy. The day I picked up my truck the staff was pretty good too.
We have taken my vehicle to Quirk since the day we purchased it. The service department is very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. They always try to fit us in when a sudden incident happens. I trust them with our vehicle completely.
My father in law has a Ranger and loves Service here. I bring it in for him sometimes and everyone is great.
Had to take the truck in for warranty David was awesome and Spencer was super. They got me taken care of great customer service best Ford experience ever. What a great place to buy a vehicle. Spencer G jr was very knowledgeable about the electric Mach e. He explained in detail what I needed to know about my new electric vehicle. Very satisfied. The staff was great. They stayed late for me to view a truck as I had gotten delayed. Truck was great on test drive and we bought it. Had a few things I wanted done and they did it. Not only that they delivered it to me an hr. away. I had the most pleasant feeling and was very comfortable. They have earned my business for life. No better auto buying experience.

I had some trouble with my brand new F-150 while driving through Maine. I had some issues with the computer, which lowered the power. I stopped at the first Ford dealer, which is Quirk Ford of Augusta. Not only did they took care of us, but they did it quickly and helped us getting back on the road in just about an hour. I arrived at my appointed time and was taken right in. As I was waiting for my truck I used the waiting room which was spacious and quiet and I was able to read my book. The serve writer was polite and explained what had been done and then I was on my way. Overall a pleasant experience.

There busy,so hard to get an appointment. They tried fixing the car,still having trouble, thankfully it was under warranty or it would of cost me 4 grand for a problem not fixed.

Stock is not always great, but the service has always been excellent! Employees here are very kind and respectful. They are not pushy, but very helpful if you’re looking for a car. I do recommend checking them out!

After purchasing a truck at wiscasset ford, it needed warranty work. They lied to me repeatedly, told me they would fix it, then went back on their word, the owner told me to go to another dealership. I did. Even though ford ended up being unreasonable, quirk did what they promised and got the work done.

Highly recommend the service department! I had an alignment issue & my front tires were very worn on the insides (1 tire blew a hole & I got the spare on). I didn't dare make the 2hr drive home so I located & bought 2 new tires but everywhere I found on Google couldn't get me in. Until I saw the quirk sign & called & talked to Ken Legere. He got me right in & out including alignment. I overheard another woman thanking them for fitting her in as well!
The customer service rep was knowledgeable about the various parts my car needed. The garage had all parts. I was in and out in 3 hours.

I am pleased with how my 2015 Ford Focus runs. I bought it brand new in 2015 with 5 miles on it. Also at time of purchase I bought a 6 year vehicle service contract that I extended for four more years. I really have not had any problems in with my Ford Focus. I live and work in Augusta Maine where winters can be hard. I consider studded snow tires a must for my Focus. Usually I stay home if the weather is bad anyway, unless I have to go to to work. I needed a second key fob since the car I bought elsewhere only had one. Quirk actually had on stock, including the emergency key! I was able to get an appointment 2 days later to have it programmed for my car and to have the key cut. I was expecting to have to wait weeks to get one. The staff were awesome, too. Thank you Quirk!
